Welcome to Academia Columbus Ecuador

We are an international language school in Quito, the modern capital of Ecuador in the Andes Mountains. Our language school has offices situated in Germany and the United States of America and welcomes students from all over the world. We offer Spanish courses for all language levels, from absolute beginners to advanced speakers.

After your Spanish course, you are welcome to participate in our after-school activity program that gives you the opportunity to experience the Spanish language with other international students. During this program you will learn more about Quito and Ecuador.

What is so special about our school?

Our motivated and experienced staff does not only create a friendly and familiar atmosphere in class but also organizes plenty of activities and trips for the students after school. Thus there is always something to do and our students never get bored. The program enriches your language course and helps to improve your Spanish skills. Except the trips we offer to exciting places in Ecuador, everything else is included in our prices.

Our Spanish courses start every Monday and are offered either in small groups or as individual tuition. The Spanish school is surrounded by a gorgeous tropical garden, where you can relax after school or during the breaks.

You also have the possibility to gather practical experience by making an internship abroad. We offer internships in different domains throughout Ecuador.

Ecuadorians speak Spanish very clearly, which will help you to easily and quickly learn and understand the language. Ecuador itself is known for its beautiful landscapes and its friendly population. Come and visit Quito , the Andes Mountains , the famous Galapagos Islands and tropical rainforests while getting to know the life in Ecuador !
